John Gnotek is an AI strategic advisor, product designer, and systems thinker with decades of experience helping people understand and work with complex information and technology.

His career has progressed through interactive design, information architecture, enterprise software, manufacturing systems, operational intelligence, and generative AI consulting.

Across those fields, the underlying work has remained consistent: understanding human intent, making complex systems intelligible, and helping people exercise sound judgment within them.

Today, John brings that perspective to leaders navigating AI adoption—particularly organizations that need clarity before committing to technology, vendors, or implementation.
